Each person signs in to Relator with their own login. Don’t share passwords: invite each teammate with their own email. That way you control who has access and can remove someone without changing anyone’s password.
How to sign in
- On the Sign in to Relator Digital screen, use Email and Password and click Sign in.
- Or click Continue with Google to sign in with your Google account.
Verification code on a new device
When you sign in from a browser or device Relator doesn’t know yet, you see the Verify it’s you screen. Relator sends a code to your email. Enter it in Verification code and click Verify and sign in. If the code didn’t arrive, use Resend code.
Forgot your password
- 1Step 1
Request the code
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password. On Reset your password, enter your email and click Send code.
- 2Step 2
Confirm the code
On Check your email, type the 6-digit code in Recovery code and click Verify code. If you typed the wrong email, use Use another email.
- 3Step 3
Create the new password
On Create a new password, fill in New password and Confirm new password and click Update password.
Your sign-in details
Click your photo or initials in the top-right corner of the screen and choose Account settings. That is where you manage your personal and sign-in details, such as name, email and password. To end the session in the current browser, use Sign out in the same menu.
Keep agency access under control
- When someone leaves the agency, remove them in Settings › Team. Access to the agency and every client goes with it.
- Cancel invites that will no longer be used.
- When the agency stops serving a client, archive the client. All of its people lose access. See Edit and archive a client.
- Give each person the smallest role they need. See Roles and permissions.
- Review the Team section from time to time: it lists the agency team and each client’s people.
Common issues
- “Couldn’t sign you in. Please try again.” Check your email and password. If you created the account with Google, use Continue with Google.
- “The code is invalid or expired.” Request a new code and use the most recent one.
- I signed in but can’t see the agency or the clients. Your access may have been removed, or the invite has not been accepted yet. Talk to an agency Admin.
Frequently asked questions
Does Relator have single sign-on (SSO) or mandatory 2FA for the team?
Not yet. Today each person signs in with email and password or with their Google account, and Relator asks for an email code when access comes from a new device.
Can I see and end my team’s open sessions?
There is no list of team sessions. To cut someone’s access, remove them from the agency.
