There are four levels of "removing" in Relator, and only the last one deletes your personal data. Pick the one that solves your case before asking for full deletion, because it cannot be undone.

Which option to use

  • Stop syncing an account

    What to do
    Disconnect the source in Sources
    What happens
Sync stops right away. History already imported stays in reports.
  • Stop serving a client

    What to do
    Archive the client
    What happens
The client's access is revoked and their connections are switched off. Reports, dashboards and history are kept.
  • Stop paying

    What to do
    Cancel the subscription
    What happens
At the end of the paid period, the account becomes read-only. Data stays saved.
  • Delete your data

    What to do
    Request deletion by email
    What happens
Sign-up data, platform access, settings and metrics are deleted.

Before requesting deletion

  • There is no delete-account button in the app: the request is made by email.
  • Use the email registered on the account to speed up identity confirmation.
  • If you pay by card, cancel the subscription first so there is no new charge.
  • The deletion request does not come with a data export. If you want to keep something, download your reports as PDF first (see Share by link and PDF).

Request deletion of your data

  1. 1
    Step 1

Disconnect your sources (optional, but recommended)

In Sources, click Disconnect on each source and confirm in Disconnect integration?. Sync stops right away.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Revoke access on the platform (optional)

To also cut access on the platform side, remove Relator Digital from the list of apps with access in your Facebook, Google, HubSpot or RD Station account. Note: removing the app on Facebook revokes access but does not send a deletion request to Relator.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    Send the request to privacidade@relator.digital

Write from the registered email saying you want your data deleted. Include your full name, sign-up email and the related agency or company, if any.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Confirm your identity and follow up

We may ask for information to confirm you are the data subject. After that we process the request and send updates in the same email thread. There is no tracking code: to ask for news, reply to the thread.

Frequently asked questions

I signed in with Facebook. How do I request deletion?

The same way: write to privacidade@relator.digital. Removing Relator under Facebook's Apps and websites revokes access but does not send the deletion request.

Does disconnecting a source delete its data?

No. Sync stops, but the history already imported stays in dashboards and reports. To delete it, request deletion.

Does canceling the subscription delete my data?

No. The account becomes read-only at the end of the paid period, with your data saved. Deletion is a separate request.

How long does deletion take?

After the account is closed, identifiable personal data is deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.

I am a member of an agency. Can I request deletion of just my data?

Yes. Write to privacidade@relator.digital explaining that the request is about your personal data. To leave the team, ask an Owner or Admin to remove you.
