RelatorAI queries the client's data for every question, so the clearer the request, the more direct the answer. You don't need to know technical metric names or write formulas: say what you want to know the way you would tell a colleague.

Before you start

  • Check the client selected at the top and the accounts checked under Data source.
  • Each question uses one AI credit. Complete questions avoid back-and-forth.
  • A message can have up to 4,000 characters.

The four parts of a good question

  1. 1
    Step 1

    State the period

"last month", "in the last 14 days", "from September 1 to 15". Without a period, RelatorAI picks one and tells you which. "Today" and "yesterday" follow the client's time zone.

  2. 2
    Step 2

    State the metric

Spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, sessions, organic clicks, won deals. Everyday names work too: "cost per lead", "ad spend", "sales".

  3. 3
    Step 3

    State the breakdown

By campaign, ad set, ad, channel, page or device. For a specific campaign, type part of its name: "the Black Friday campaign" finds "[PMAX] Black Friday — Conversion".

  4. 4
    Step 4

    Ask for a comparison

"compared with the previous month", "versus the previous 7 days". Comparisons show what changed and why.

  • "How are the campaigns doing?"

    Ask
"Which Meta Ads campaigns had the lowest CPA in the last 30 days?"
  • "Did CPA go up?"

    Ask
"Why did Google Ads CPA go up last month compared with the month before?"
  • "Tell me about the website"

    Ask
"Which channels brought the most engaged sessions in GA4 this month?"
  • "What about the summer campaign?"

    Ask
"How much did the Summer campaign spend and convert in the last 14 days, and what share of the total is that?"

  • "Which ads should I pause or scale right now?"

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to use exact metric names?

No. It understands everyday names like "ad spend" or "cost per lead" and looks for the right metric in the connected sources.

Does it explain why a metric changed?

Yes. For composite metrics like CPA and ROAS, it breaks them into components (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ticket) and says which one moved and by how much.

Can I ask about several platforms at once?

Yes, as long as the accounts are checked under Data source. Ask for the comparison explicitly.
