In this article · 8 sections
RelatorAI is Relator's AI assistant. You ask in plain language, the way you would ask an analyst, and it queries the client's connected sources, does the math and answers with the numbers for the period. It also builds dashboards, generates reports and edits the open report from a text request.
What do you want to know about this client?
Before you start
- Select the client at the top of the app. Each conversation belongs to one client; switching clients starts a new conversation.
- The client needs at least one connected source. Without one, the panel shows No data sources connected and a Connect now button.
- Each message you send uses one AI credit from your plan. See AI credits.
- RelatorAI is for the agency team and the people who run the account. Clients in the portal don't see the button.
Where to open it
- At the top of the app, click Ask RelatorAI.
- From the New button at the top, choose AI chat.
- On many KPIs and charts, click Explain with AI: the panel opens with that number attached.
- In tables, hover over a row and click the sparkle (Attach this row to the chat).
- In the report list, ⋯ menu › Ask RelatorAI.
- In the report editor, RelatorAI chat opens the assistant already editing that report.

Ask

- Talks about the data: explains, compares, finds causes and suggests next steps.
- Example request
- "Which campaigns drove the most results in the period?"
Dashboard

Report

- Example request
- "Monthly paid media report"
| Mode | What it does | Example request |
|---|---|---|
| Ask | Talks about the data: explains, compares, finds causes and suggests next steps. | "Which campaigns drove the most results in the period?" |
| Dashboard | Builds a draft dashboard in the editor with KPIs and charts. The bar above the field shows how many widgets were added and a View dashboard button. | "Build a Meta Ads performance dashboard" |
| Report | Generates a report from one of the client's dashboards and opens it in the editor. Without a dashboard, it opens the generator so you can pick the metrics. | "Monthly paid media report" |
How it answers
- While it works, it shows its steps as sentences, like Queried data, Read the client's goals or Matched CRM revenue to campaigns. Then it sums up: Analyzed 2 sources in 8 s.
- The answer starts with the conclusion, with numbers in bold, and explains what drove the change.
- At the end, up to 3 suggested follow-up questions appear as buttons.
- On every answer you can Copy response or Retry. To interrupt, click Stop response.
- When you ask for a chart, it draws the chart in the conversation. Large charts get Open full screen.
Creative diagnosis in the chat
When the question is about Meta Ads creative fatigue, such as "is any creative fatigued?" or "which ads should I pause or scale right now?", the answer comes with the Creative diagnosis card. It compares the last 7 days with the previous 7 and lists up to 6 ads, highest risk first.
- Creative thumbnail, ad name, campaign and ad set.
- A Fatigued, Watch or Healthy verdict, with a fatigue score from 0 to 100.
- The two signals that weighed most in the verdict, written as sentences.
- Spend, frequency, CTR and CPA for the last 7 days. If the ad had no conversion that week, CPM shows instead of CPA.
- Only ads that delivered during the week and have enough data for a verdict are included.
Conversation history
Your conversations are saved in the client's History; each team member only sees their own. Open it from the icon in the panel header, search in Search conversations…, rename with Rename or delete. Conversations are grouped into Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days and Older. To start fresh, click New chat.
Under More actions › Full screen, the same conversation takes the whole screen, with the history on the left. Print / save as PDF and Generate CSV export the conversation.
