AI credits: how much each plan includes and what uses them
Each plan includes a number of AI messages per month. See what counts as a credit, where to track usage and how to buy 200 more messages, valid for 12 months.
RelatorAI usage is measured in AI messages, which the app also calls credits. Each plan includes a monthly amount, shared by the whole account: at an agency, every member and every client draws from the same balance. The balance resets to the plan limit on the 1st of every month.

Prices in Brazilian reais (BRL). The values and limits in this table come straight from the plan catalog, so they are always up to date.
Starter: 100 messages per month. Pro: 300. Scale: 1,000. The number is the same for businesses and agencies.
On Enterprise, the volume is set by contract.
During the free trial you get the Pro limits: 300 messages.
If the trial ends without a subscription, AI is blocked until you subscribe.

What doesn't use credits
Text rewritten for scheduled deliveries.
Outdated text rewritten automatically when you generate a link or PDF.

Where to track usage
In the RelatorAI panel header, the ring shows how many messages are left. Hover over it to see the month's usage and the balance of packs you bought. The ring turns amber from 70% usage and red from 90%.
In Settings › Plan and billing, the Usage this cycle card has a RelatorAI messages row with usage against the limit and the date the quota renews.
When credits run out
If you have a pack balance, messages start coming out of it, with no interruption.
With no balance, RelatorAI stops answering until the 1st and opens the AI message limit reached window, with the month's usage and the option to buy more.
New reports are still created, but without the AI text.
In Insights by source, the audit shows Your plan's RelatorAI reading limit was reached. The numbers still hold.
Buy more messages
The 200 RelatorAI messages pack is a one-time purchase, with no monthly fee. The 200 messages are valid for 12 months from purchase, don't reset when the month turns and are only used after your plan's monthly quota runs out. Starter, Pro and Scale can buy as many packs as they need.

Pick where to buy
There are three ways to get the same pack:
In the RelatorAI panel, hover over the message ring and click Buy more messages.
In Settings › Plan and billing, on the RelatorAI messages row of the Usage this cycle card, click the pack.
In the AI message limit reached window, which opens when the quota runs out.

Confirm the purchase
The window shows the price and the validity (12 months, doesn't reset monthly). Confirm the payment. As soon as it is approved, the 200 messages are added to your balance.
Frequently asked questions
When do credits come back?
On the 1st of every month the plan counter goes back to zero. The pack balance doesn't depend on the month: it is valid for 12 months from purchase.
Does each team member have their own limit?
No. The limit belongs to the whole account and everyone draws from the same balance.
Does a question with a long answer cost more?
No. Each message you send counts as 1, regardless of the answer length or attachments.
Does the pack apply to all of the agency's clients?
Yes. The 200 messages go into the whole account's balance, used by every member and client.
Is the pack billed every month?
No. It is a one-time purchase. If you bought the monthly pack before the plan change, it stays on your subscription until you remove it.
