RelatorAI limits and privacy
What RelatorAI doesn't do, why you should review its answers, and how the client's data is handled when you use the AI.
In this article · 4 sections
RelatorAI queries the client's real data before answering, but it is still an AI: it can misread a question or jump to a conclusion. Knowing what it does, what it doesn't do and how the data flows helps you use it safely.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't touch ad accounts. In the chat it reads and analyzes; pausing, creating or changing campaigns is up to you.
- It doesn't monitor or schedule. It doesn't keep watch over an account or notify you later. For notifications, use Alerts; for deliveries, Schedule delivery.
- It doesn't read sources that aren't connected. If the client has no Google Ads connected, it can't answer about Google Ads.
- It doesn't see other clients. Each conversation only uses the selected client's accounts.
- It doesn't answer out of scope. General knowledge, news, code, translations and personal, legal or medical topics are declined in one sentence.
- It doesn't ask you for numbers. It looks them up in the sources. If a query fails, it doesn't make up a value.
Review before you use it
Every AI answer needs human review before it becomes a decision or a client deliverable. A few practices help:
- Check the period and the platform it used. They show in the step trail and in the text.
- Compare the main numbers with the Performance screen for the same period.
- If Some numbers couldn't be checked appears, treat the values with care and check them at the source.
- Read recommendations as suggestions. They are based on the account's data, but they don't know the business context only you have.
How data is handled
Where does the AI run?
- Answer
- On models run on Cloudflare, a sub-processor listed in the Privacy Policy.
What is sent to the model?
- Answer
- Your question, the attachments and a summary of the numbers it queried. Platform access tokens are never sent.
Who sees the conversations?
- Answer
- Only the person who had them: each person sees their own history, separated by client. Conversations do not appear in the client portal.
What about attached files?
- Answer
- Images and PDFs go with the message they were sent in. Spreadsheets are converted to text in your browser before sending.
Does it search the internet?
- Answer
- Only for market and competitor context tied to the client's marketing, when search is available. Search terms are sent, never personal data.
Is Google data used to train AI?
- Answer
- No. Data obtained from Google APIs is not used to train generalized AI models.
