The creative studio generates images for Meta ads inside the campaign editor. You describe the scene, pick a style and format, RelatorAI generates a few options, and you choose, adjust the text over the image and use it in the ad. It helps you test new creatives without needing a designer every round, or finish an ad that ended up without an image.

Before you start

  • A Meta campaign open in edit mode (new or existing). See Edit and publish.
  • Each generation uses 1 AI credit from the plan. See AI credits.
  • The studio generates images. Video and carousel ads aren’t rebuilt by Relator yet.

    Step 1

Open the studio on the ad

In the Campaign structure, click the ad and go to the Format and media section. In the Media field, click Generate images with RelatorAI. If you generated options before, the button shows as See the RelatorAI options.

    Fill in the brief

The 1 Brief step shows What RelatorAI read from the ad (product, objective, destination and link). Then complete:

    • What to show: describe the scene. Don’t write the ad copy here: Relator draws the text on top later, with no spelling mistakes.
    • Style: Real use, Product front and center, Studio or Selfie (UGC).
    • Format: Feed · 4:5, Square · 1:1 or Stories · 9:16.

    Step 5

    Use it in the ad

Click Use with the number of creatives. The images go into the ad’s Media field, in the draft. They’re uploaded to the Meta account only when you publish in Review and publish.

Tips for better images

  • Describe people, place, light and the product. "Family in the kitchen at night, pot front and center, warm light" works better than "photo of the pot".
  • Generate in the format of the campaign’s main placement: Stories · 9:16 for Stories and Reels, Feed · 4:5 for the feed.
  • Short headlines fit better: if the text goes past the area shown in every placement, the studio tells you to shorten it.
  • Test different styles in the same ad: with more than one media, Meta spreads delivery across them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload my own image through the studio?

Not yet. The studio generates images with RelatorAI. For your own image, upload it in Meta’s Ads Manager; it shows up on the ad when you reload from the platform.

Does the ad copy go inside the generated image?

No. The image is generated without text, and Relator draws the headline and button on top, with no spelling mistakes. You can also use the image without text.

How much does each image cost?

Each generation uses 1 credit and brings 4 options. More like this also uses 1 credit and brings 2.

Does the studio work for Google Ads?

No. Google Search ads are text ads; the studio is for Meta ads.
