Agency Notifications and each client’s Alerts: which connection problems notify you, email delivery, and the sensitivity and thresholds of performance alerts.
Warnings live in two places. Notifications, in the Agency group, applies to the agency as a whole. Alerts, in the Client group, applies to the chosen client. Both sections use the same form: technical alerts, delivery channels, performance alert sensitivity and thresholds.
Before you start
Notifications only shows for the agency team. In an own-business account and for client people, the settings live in Alerts.
To adjust a client, choose it in the Client group switcher and open Alerts. One client’s settings apply only to that client.
People without permission see the fields but can’t save.
Step by step
1
Step 1
Open Notifications or Alerts
Click Settings. For the agency, open Agency › Notifications. For a client, choose it in the Client group and open Alerts.
2
Step 2
Choose the technical alerts
In Technical alerts, turn each warning on or off. All of them start on.
Sync failures: notifies after two consecutive sync errors.

Connection setup failed: notifies when a new connection can’t be prepared after all retries.
Connection revoked: notifies when the account’s login or permissions are no longer valid.

1Each technical alert can be turned on or off.
2Turn on Email to also get it by email.
3Sensitivity decides what goes to the bell and to email.
3
Step 3
Choose the channels
In Delivery channels, In Relator Digital is always on: incidents show in the bell at the top and in the notification center. Turn on Email to also send each incident’s opening and recovery to eligible admins. Email starts off.
4
Step 4
Choose the sensitivity
In Performance alerts, Sensitivity decides how much Relator warns you when spend, cost per result or delivery drift from normal during the day:
Critical only: the bell and email show critical alerts only.
Balanced (default): warnings and critical in the bell; email for critical only.
Everything: warnings and critical in the bell and by email.
5
Step 5
Adjust the thresholds (if needed)
In Alert thresholds, you change the sensitivity of proactive alerts. Change them only when the operation calls for it; the defaults suit most accounts.
Anomaly multiplier: alerts when yesterday’s spend exceeds this multiple of the last 7 days’ median. Default 2.
Spend floor (R$): minimum spend yesterday to consider an anomaly. Default 50.
Over-pacing: alerts when pacing exceeds this multiple of plan. Default 1.15.
Under-pacing: alerts when pacing falls below this multiple. Default 0.7.
6
Step 6
Save
The save bar shows at the bottom when something changes. Click Save. Settings apply from the next alerts on.
Example: thresholds in practice
With the defaults, if the median daily spend over the last 7 days is R$ 400.00, the anomaly alert fires when yesterday’s spend goes above R$ 800.00 (2 × 400). A client that spent R$ 40.00 yesterday triggers no anomaly alert, because it is below the R$ 50.00 floor. For pacing, Relator compares month-to-date spend through yesterday with what the monthly spend goal expects. With a R$ 30,000.00 goal in a 30-day month, after 10 days the expected amount is R$ 10,000.00: over-pacing warns from R$ 11,500.00 (1.15 ×) and under-pacing below R$ 7,000.00 (0.7 ×). The under-pacing warning only starts after the seventh day of the month.
The Weekly digest and Signed webhook can’t be configured yet: they show under Upcoming channels, marked Coming soon.
Common problems
I turned on email and get nothing. Email goes to eligible admins and only when an incident opens or recovers. With Balanced sensitivity, warnings don’t go by email. Check spam.
The fields are greyed out. Your role can’t edit. Ask the owner or an agency admin.
I get too many alerts for one client. Switch the sensitivity to Critical only or raise that client’s Anomaly multiplier or Spend floor (R$).
I can’t find Notifications. In an own-business account and in the client portal, use Alerts.
