Settings is a single page: the menu sits on the left, grouped, and the selected section shows on the right. In an agency, one group covers the whole agency and another covers the chosen client. This article shows what each group holds and how to edit a client’s identity and region.

Before you start

  • To open it, click Settings in the sidebar.
  • On a phone, Settings opens as a grouped list. Each section opens on its own screen, with a back button.
  • The Client group sections apply to the client chosen in that group’s own switcher. Changing the client there also changes the app’s active client and keeps the section open.
  • In the agency view, with no client chosen, the client sections ask you to Choose a client before showing the fields.
  • Your personal details (name, photo, email and password) are not here: they are in your profile menu. See Your account security.

    • Segment: the client’s market, used in market benchmarks.

Agency profile

  • The agency slug is fixed. To change it, contact support.
  • The same section holds Market benchmarks participation and the agency logo. See Brand and white label.
  • Only the agency team opens this section. Changing benchmark participation is for admins.

What happens next

  • The new name shows in the client switcher and at the top as soon as you save.
  • Language, time zone and currency apply to this client’s screens and reports. Details in Time zone and currency.
  • One client’s settings don’t change other clients’.

Common problems

  • The fields are greyed out. Your role can’t edit this client. Ask an admin.
  • The section asks me to choose a client. You are in the agency view. Choose the client in the Client group switcher.
  • I don’t see the Agency group. You signed in as a client person or in an own-business account. That group is only for the agency team.
  • "Could not save". Try again. If it keeps happening, contact support.
