Relator has two brands. The client brand (or your business’s, in an own-business account) goes into reports, the PDF and the delivery email. It is detected from the client’s website and logo: there is no color field to fill in. The agency brand is the agency’s logo and name in “Prepared by” and in the email sender. Removing the Relator brand from what the client sees is white label, which depends on the plan.

Before you start

  • Add the client’s Website in Client › General. Relator reads the logo and colors from it.
  • If you upload a client logo, use PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 1 MB.
  • Client brand: the agency team and the client’s admin can edit it. In an own-business account, you.
  • Agency logo and white label: the agency owner or an admin, on a Pro, Scale or Enterprise plan.

Common problems

  • “Add the client’s website in General to detect the brand.” The client has no website. Fill it in Client › General and click Detect again.
  • “We could not read the website right now.” or “The website took too long to respond.” Try again later or use Upload another logo.
  • “The file is over 1 MB.” Shrink the image and upload again.
  • I changed the brand and the dashboard looks the same. Expected: colors apply to the report, PDF and email, not to the app screens.
