Notifications

The bell in the top bar tells you when a connection fails, falls behind or is revoked, and when it recovers. The center keeps the history.

Notifications keep you posted on the health of your clients’ connections: when syncing fails repeatedly, when data goes out of date, when setting up a connection fails or when access is revoked. When the problem is solved, a recovery notification arrives. The bell sits in the top bar; the center keeps the history.

Before you start

  • The bell shows for the agency team and for company accounts. Clients invited to the portal don’t receive these notifications.
  • Notifications are per person: marking as read or dismissing doesn’t affect the rest of the team.
  • Performance alerts (unusual spend, goal at risk) don’t come here: they show on the Home, in Performance and by email. See Alerts.

Frequently asked questions

Why did I get "Sync recovered" without doing anything?

Many failures are temporary (platform instability, request limits). When the next sync works, Relator closes the problem and lets you know.

Does dismissing a notification fix the problem?

No. Dismissing only removes the row from your panel. If the connection still has a problem, its status shows in Sources and in Performance.

Can I get notifications for just one client?

The bell shows every connection you monitor. What can be adjusted per client is the email delivery, in the notification preferences.
