Relator has two different languages. The interface language is the language of the screens you see, and each person picks their own. The client language is the language of a client’s data and automatic texts, such as the text of the reports they receive. So your team can work in Portuguese and send a report in Spanish to a client in Mexico.

Before you start

  • Available languages: Portuguese (Brazil), English and Spanish.
  • Anyone can change their own interface language.
  • The client language can only be edited by people who can edit that client’s settings.

Appearance

Relator uses the light theme. For now, there is no dark theme option in settings. Reports shared with the client always open in the light theme, so they look the same on any screen and in the PDF.

Common problems

  • I changed the language and the report is still in Portuguese. The report follows the client language, not the interface language. Change it in Client › General.
  • The sign-in screen shows in another language. The sign-in screen uses the last language chosen in this browser. Switch it with the selector and sign in again.
