How often data updates
Relator's two update rhythms: the full refresh, which follows your plan, and today's numbers, which update every hour.
In this article · 5 sections
Relator pulls data from the platforms on its own, without you pressing anything. There are two rhythms: the full refresh, which rereads everything the source provides and follows your plan, and today's update, which brings the current day's numbers every hour on any plan.
The full refresh, by plan
The full refresh rereads the source's entire catalog: every report and breakdown. For Meta Ads, Google Ads and GA4, the first refresh of each day (in the account's time zone) also rereads the correction window for recent days; later refreshes that day read only today. The interval between refreshes depends on the plan.

You get the Hourly refresh add-on in Settings › Plan and billing › Extra features, without changing plans, and it already comes with Scale. See Add-ons. Subscriptions on earlier plans keep the frequency they already had.
Today's numbers: every hour on any plan
"Daily" doesn't mean you only see yesterday. The reports that feed the current day's numbers have a one-hour ceiling, on every plan:
Meta Ads
- What updates every hour
- Today's spend, results and delivery.
Google Ads
- What updates every hour
- Today's campaign numbers.
Google Analytics 4
- What updates every hour
- Today's acquisition, conversions and source/medium.
HubSpot
- What updates every hour
- Everything: contacts, deals and companies.
RD Station Marketing and CRM
- What updates every hour
- Everything: sync runs hourly.
Google Search Console
- What updates every hour
- Doesn't apply: Google publishes the data 2 to 3 days late.
| Source | What updates every hour |
|---|---|
| Meta Ads | Today's spend, results and delivery. |
| Google Ads | Today's campaign numbers. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Today's acquisition, conversions and source/medium. |
| HubSpot | Everything: contacts, deals and companies. |
| RD Station Marketing and CRM | Everything: sync runs hourly. |
| Google Search Console | Doesn't apply: Google publishes the data 2 to 3 days late. |
Where to see when a source updated
- In Sources › Data sources, the Last sync column shows how long ago each source updated, and the Status column says whether it is Fresh or Stale.
- On charts and cards that include today, you see Partial — data through today 2:20 PM: the day is still in progress.
- When the period is just "Today" and nothing has arrived yet, the screen shows Today hasn't closed yet, with the next expected update and a See yesterday button.
- 1With the Today period, numbers grow throughout the day.
- 2The Partial note shows the time of the latest data that arrived.
Can I force an update?
Yes, when the source is late. In the source's ⋯ menu, use Resync. If it's up to date, the item is disabled and shows how long ago it synced, because repeating a round that just ran only spends the platform's quota. Each connection accepts one request every 10 minutes. See Manage connections.
When a source counts as late
A source turns Stale when it goes without syncing for more than twice the plan interval, and never before 3 hours. Example: on a 6-hour plan, it goes stale after 12 hours without success. You get a notification when that happens, if the alert is on.
Frequently asked questions
My plan is daily. Will I see today's spend?
Yes. Today's numbers for Meta, Google Ads and GA4 update every hour on any plan. What's daily is the full reread of every report.
Why does Ads Manager show a bigger number right now?
It's real time; Relator brings today's numbers every hour. Until the next round there can be up to an hour of difference.
Does changing plans change the frequency right away?
It changes from the next sync rounds onward.
Does Search Console also update every hour?
No. Google publishes that data 2 to 3 days late, so fetching every hour would bring nothing new. See Why Search Console shows up late.
