Starter, Pro and Scale, one price table for businesses and agencies: what each limit means, which features each plan unlocks, the add-ons and how to choose.

Relator has a single price table for businesses and agencies: Starter, Pro and Scale, plus Enterprise under contract. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. On the annual plan you pay 10 monthly fees and use 12 months.

Pro is the recommended plan: custom dashboards, scheduled reports, report templates, goals and alerts, and white label. Starter is for getting started with one location or one client. Scale is for operating at volume: it includes the campaign manager, the API and MCP, hourly refresh, onboarding done by our team and a monthly call with the founder.
What each limit means
Workspaces
- What counts
- In an agency, each client; in a business, each location. The agency's own workspace and archived clients don't count.
Sources
- What counts
- Each synced account: an ad account, a GA4 property, a Search Console site, a CRM. You get 5 per workspace, pooled across the account.
Seats
- What counts
- Team members with access to the dashboard, including pending invites. Clients invited to the portal don't count.
Refresh
- What counts
- How often Relator fetches each source again: daily, every 6 hours or hourly.
RelatorAI messages
- What counts
- Each message anyone on the account sends to RelatorAI. The counter resets on the 1st.
History
- What counts
- How many months of data the plan keeps available for queries and comparisons.

Sources per workspace
Each workspace in the plan, and each extra workspace, comes with 5 connected sources. The limit is pooled across the account: with 5 workspaces on Pro, you have 25 sources to spread among them. Standalone extra sources aren't sold; for more sources, add an extra workspace or move up a plan.

How to pay
By card (monthly or annual) or by Pix (monthly Pix Automático with a 3% discount, or prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months). The 6-month Pix costs 5 monthly fees and the annual one, 10. The values below use Pro as an example:

How to choose: two examples
- Agency with 4 clients, each with Meta Ads, Google Ads and GA4: that's 4 workspaces and 12 sources. Starter has 1 workspace (plus up to 2 extras) and no scheduled reports. The plan that fits is Pro (5 workspaces, 25 sources), with room for one more client.
- Business with one location and Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and HubSpot: that's 4 sources. Starter fits (5 sources). If you want custom dashboards, scheduled reports or goals, the plan is Pro.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
No. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required, with the Pro limits plus the three feature add-ons. After that, you need to pick a paid plan to keep editing.
Is the price different for agencies and businesses?
No. Starter, Pro and Scale have the same price and the same limits for both account types.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly plans have no commitment: they renew every month until you cancel. Annual card plans and prepaid Pix charge the whole period at once.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is charged automatically. Relator blocks the new addition (one more workspace, one more source, one more invite, one more AI message) and shows your options: buy an add-on, change plans or free up room.
Are prices in Brazilian reais?
Yes. Billing is in Brazilian reais (BRL). Outside Brazil, the site shows a US dollar estimate and payment is by card only, in your local currency.
