How much history is imported when you connect
What arrives in each source's first load, in what order, and what to do when you need an older period.
In this article · 5 sections
When you connect a source, Relator brings part of the past so you already have something to compare with. From then on, everything that happens is kept, and history only grows while the source stays connected.

In what order data arrives
- 1Step 1
The last month first
For media and website sources, the first slice is the most recent month. Within minutes you can already open Performance and ask RelatorAI about it.
- 2Step 2
The rest of the past, newest to oldest
Next, Relator walks backwards, month by month, until the 90 days are complete. Meanwhile, an older period may look empty for a few minutes: it's not missing data, it's history still arriving.
- 3Step 3
Then, the routine
Once the load is complete, the source moves to the normal plan rhythm. See How often data updates.
The RD Station Marketing case
RD Station analysis reports (funnel, email marketing, automation emails and conversions) have RD's own limits. RD's Pro plan only allows querying the last 45 days, and funnel and automation only exist on Advanced. RD's API also has a floor: emails since August 2021, automation since January 2022, funnel and landing pages since June 2022.

Google Analytics 4
- As far back as the platform allows
- 25 months, respecting the property's retention setting
Google Search Console

- 16 months
| Source | As far back as the platform allows |
|---|---|
| Meta Ads | 37 months |
| Google Ads | 36 months |
| Google Analytics 4 | 25 months, respecting the property's retention setting |
| Google Search Console | 16 months |
History and your plan
Each plan states how many months of data are available for comparison, such as "12 months of history". The number for each plan is in Plans and pricing.
Frequently asked questions
I just connected and last month is empty. Is that normal?
In the first few minutes, yes. The most recent month arrives first and the rest follows. Wait for the source to leave "Syncing".
Why does HubSpot bring everything and Meta only 90 days?
In a CRM, an old deal can still close today, so the whole history matters for revenue. For media, 90 days cover the most common comparisons and keep the first load fast.
Does resync bring more history?
No. Resync repeats the normal routine. For more history, contact support.
