Subscribe to a plan

Subscribing means picking a plan (Starter, Pro or Scale) and a payment method. The plan takes effect as soon as payment is confirmed: by card, when you finish paying; by Pix, when the bank confirms. You can subscribe during the free trial, after it ends or from the Beta plan.

Before you start

• In an agency, only people with the Owner or Admin role can subscribe or change the plan. Members see the page but cannot complete it.
• In a business account with no team, you manage the plan yourself.
• Have a credit card or your bank's app with Pix at hand.
• For Pix Automático, have the payer's CPF or CNPJ and the postal code (CEP).

   Open Plan and billing

   In the sidebar, click Settings and choose Plan and billing. The top shows your current plan and next charge; click Change plan to open the plans (the Change plan section further down the page does the same).

   Pick the payment method and the plan

   At the top of the list, choose Monthly card, Annual card or PIX. The plan cards update their price to match: on annual, they show the monthly equivalent and the note billed annually. Pro has the Recommended badge; your current plan has the Your plan badge. Use Compare all features to see the full table.

   Pay by card

   When you click Subscribe with a card, you go to Stripe's secure payment page. Enter the card and, if you want, the CNPJ and billing address. If you have a coupon, use the promotion code field on that page. When you finish, you return to Plan and billing with the new plan.

   Or pay with prepaid Pix

   On the PIX tab, each plan shows Quarterly, Semiannual, Annual (with the Most economical badge) and Monthly Automatic Pix, with the total for each period. Pick a prepaid period: the Pay with PIX window opens with the QR code and the copy-and-paste code. Pay in your bank's app and wait: confirmation is automatic and the window shows Payment confirmed.

   Or subscribe with Pix Automático

   Pick Monthly Automatic Pix. In the Subscribe with recurring PIX window, fill in Full name or company name, CPF or CNPJ and Postal code (street, neighborhood, city and state are filled in from the postal code). Click Generate approval QR and approve the recurring payment in your bank's app. The first monthly fee is debited on approval; the next ones are debited automatically every month.

   Step 6

   Check the active plan

   Back in Plan and billing, the top shows the new plan, its price and the line Next charge on with the date and amount. On prepaid Pix, that date is the end of the paid period: nothing is charged on its own.

Common problems

• Cancel the card subscription before switching to PIX.

  Cause

  There is already an active card subscription.

  Fix

  Change plans on the card itself (see Change plans) or cancel the card first.

• Cancel the PIX subscription before switching to card.

  Cause

  There is an active Pix Automático.

  Fix

  Cancel the recurring Pix and subscribe by card when the paid period ends.

• Couldn't start checkout. Please try again.

  Cause

  A paid Pix period is running, or there was a temporary failure.

  Fix

  Wait for the Pix period to end before switching to card. Otherwise, try again in a few minutes.

• The recurrence was not approved at the bank.

  Cause

  The authorization was declined or not completed in the bank's app.

  Fix

  Close the window and generate a new QR. If the QR doesn't open, use Open payment link.

• The button does nothing and a permission error appears

  Cause

  Your agency role is Member.

  Fix

  Ask an Owner or Admin to subscribe.
