How the 7-day free trial without a card works: the Pro limits with the three feature add-ons, where to see the days left and how to subscribe before it ends.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. During the trial you use Relator with the limits and features of Pro plus the three feature add-ons: campaign manager, API and MCP and hourly refresh. It works the same for businesses and agencies. The idea is to connect your sources, build your first dashboards and reports, and decide with real data.
Before you start
The trial starts on its own when the account is created. There's no button to activate it.
We don't ask for a card or Pix to start. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial if you don't subscribe.
The count is 7 calendar days from the moment the account is created.

See the days left at the top
The top of the app shows the Trial · 5 days counter. In the last 3 days it changes color and gets a Subscribe button; on the last day it shows the hours left. Click the counter to open the What you've built summary, with dashboards, sources, reports and AI messages used this month.

Check the limits in Plan and billing
In Settings › Plan and billing, the top shows Pro with the note free trial and the line Free trial until the end date. Right below, Usage this cycle shows how much of each limit you have used, and Extra features shows the three add-ons as Active. Since the trial asks for no card, nothing is charged at the end.

Step 3
Subscribe whenever you want
You can subscribe at any point during the trial, with the counter’s Subscribe button or in Settings › Plan and billing › Change plan. Billing is immediate: the trial ends right away and the limits of the chosen plan take effect. Remaining trial days are not carried over.
When the trial ends
If you don't subscribe, the account becomes read-only: your data and everything you built stay saved and visible, but you can't create, edit, connect sources or use RelatorAI. Subscribing unlocks everything again right away. The step-by-step is in When the trial ends.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to add a card to try it?
No. The trial doesn't ask for a card or Pix. You only enter a payment method when you decide to subscribe.
If I subscribe on day two, do I lose the remaining days?
Yes. The subscription starts right away and the trial ends when you pay. The upside is that the limits of the chosen plan take effect immediately.
Can I try Scale?
The trial uses the Pro limits with the three feature add-ons, which are the features that set Scale apart. If you need more workspaces or seats, subscribe to Scale at any point during the trial.
Is the trial different for agencies and businesses?
No. Both account types get the same limits and features.
What counts in the "What you've built" summary?
Dashboards created, connected sources, reports and messages sent to RelatorAI this month. It is the same summary you see when you go to subscribe.
