When the trial ends

When the 7-day free trial ends without a subscription, the account goes into read-only mode. Nothing is deleted: you keep seeing dashboards, reports and data, but you can't create, edit or connect anything until you subscribe. Subscribing unlocks everything right away.

What changes on screen

• The counter at the top becomes Trial ended (on mobile, Subscribe now).
• The bar Your trial ended. Your data is safe and in read-only mode. appears with a Subscribe button.
• In Settings › Plan and billing, the current plan shows as Trial ended.

What keeps working and what is blocked

• Viewing dashboards, reports, metrics and clients

   Click Subscribe

   Use the bar's Subscribe button or the Trial ended counter. The Keep everything you've built window opens, with three steps: Summary, Plan and Payment.

   Review the summary

   The Summary step recaps what you created and compares two options: Pro, Recommended for you, which keeps the trial limits, and Starter, The essentials to get started. If what you built doesn't fit Starter, the list What doesn't fit this plan today: appears. Choose Reactivate with Pro, Continue with Starter or See all plans.

   Pay

   The Payment step shows the price and the six methods: Card — monthly, Card — yearly (2 months free), PIX — monthly recurring (3% off), PIX — quarterly, PIX — semiannual (1 month free) and PIX — annual (2 months free), each with its total. By card you go to Stripe; by Pix the QR code opens in the same window.

   Once payment is confirmed you see Subscription confirmed. Click Back to work: the bar disappears and everything unlocks.
