The first time you open some screens, Relator highlights the main parts with a card explaining what each one is for. That is the guided tour. It points at the real screen, so you learn right where you will work.

Screens with a tour

  • Home, Performance, Clients and Sources.
  • Dashboards, Reports and Metrics.
  • Spaces and the detail of a campaign.
  • CRM, Goals and Timeline.

The explanation of the RelatorAI button shows up only once, in the first tour you take. In own-business accounts, some texts are adapted for people running their own business.

Step by step

    Step 1

    Follow the cards

The tour starts on its own the first time you visit the screen. A spotlight frames the part being explained and the card shows the title, the text and the progress (1 of 6, for example).

    • Next moves forward; Back returns to the previous card.
    • Got it closes the last card.
    • Skip (or the Esc key) ends the tour.

    Replay it whenever you want

On screens with a tour, a ? button sits next to the page title. It is called Replay this page's tour and restarts the tour from the first card.

How Relator remembers what you have seen

  • Once you finish a screen's tour, it doesn't come back on its own on that screen. It is tracked per person, not per client: switching clients doesn't repeat the tour.
  • If a block isn't shown to you (because of permissions or because there is no data yet), its card is skipped.
  • If you leave the screen before seeing any card, the tour doesn't count as seen and shows again on your next visit.

Frequently asked questions

The replay button didn't show up. Why?

The button only appears on screens that have a tour, and it hides while the tour is running. Screens without a tour do not have the button.

Can I turn the tour off?

There is no setting to turn it off. Click Skip and it won't come back on that screen.

Does the tour work on mobile?

Yes. The card adjusts to the screen width.
