What Relator is
An overview of the product: what it connects, what you do with the data and where to start, whether you are an agency or a company.
In this article · 5 sections
Relator brings your paid media, website, organic search and CRM data into one place and turns those numbers into dashboards, reports and answers. You connect each account once, syncing runs on its own, and the same number shows up on the dashboard, in the report your client receives and in RelatorAI's answer.
It is built for people who report on marketing: agencies and freelancers serving several clients, and in-house teams reporting to leadership on their own business.

How the data arrives
When you connect an account, Relator imports the history and then keeps the data up to date on its own, with no spreadsheets or manual exports. How often it updates depends on your plan; see Update frequency. Each connection shows when it last synced in Sources.
Where to start
- 1.Create the account and choose the type.
- 2.Follow the initial setup: for agencies or for companies.
- 3.Take a tour of the interface.
- 4.Agencies: follow the agency journey until your first client receives a report.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Relator runs in the browser, on desktop and on mobile. On your phone you can install the app on the home screen; see Using it on mobile.
Does Relator change anything in my ad accounts?
Only when you ask it to. Dashboards and reports only read data. Turning ads on, pausing and editing them happens in the campaign manager, by your action; see Campaign manager.
Which languages does Relator support?
Portuguese, English and Spanish. The interface language and each client's data language are separate settings; see Appearance and language.
Is my data kept separate from other accounts' data?
Yes. Each account and each client has its own data, connections and access. See How we protect your access.
