Relator has two fixed areas: the sidebar on the left, with navigation and search, and the top bar, with the open client, the page path and quick actions. The page content sits in the middle. This article shows what each area holds and the shortcuts that save clicks.
Sidebar
The items change with the space that is open. Inside a client (or in an own-business account) the sidebar has three groups:
Main
Items
Home, Performance, Reports, Dashboards and Spaces
Analysis
Items
Metrics, CRM, Goals and Timeline
Agency (or Account, in own-business accounts)
Items
Clients (agency only, with the number of clients), Sources and Settings
Group
Items
Main
Home, Performance, Reports, Dashboards and Spaces
Analysis
Metrics, CRM, Goals and Timeline
Agency (or Account, in own-business accounts)
Clients (agency only, with the number of clients), Sources and Settings
In the agency view the sidebar is shorter: Home, Clients, Dashboards and Reports, plus Settings in the Agency group. Each client's analysis, spaces, goals and sources live inside that client.
Pinned: dashboards you pinned appear below the groups. In the dashboard menu, use Pin to sidebar.
Getting started: at the bottom of the sidebar, the checklist for the open space. It disappears when you finish or dismiss it.
Collapse: the button next to the client's name, at the top, collapses the sidebar to icons only (the name shows on hover). On smaller screens the sidebar starts collapsed.
Top bar
Client switcher: on the left, it shows the open space. Click to switch; see below.
Page path: next to the switcher. Click an earlier level to go back to it.
Trial: during the free trial, a badge shows the days left; see Trial period.
Ask RelatorAI: opens the assistant on the screen you are on. See What RelatorAI does.
Language: switches the interface between Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Bell: connection health notifications; see Notifications.

The Search… field at the top of the sidebar opens quick search. The shortcut is ⌘K on Mac and Ctrl K on Windows and Linux. With two or more letters, it searches dashboards, reports, clients and metrics. With nothing typed, it shows Navigate (shortcuts to the main screens) and Switch client.

Settings and help

Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see Clients in the sidebar?
Because your account is an own-business account, or because you signed in as a client through the portal. Clients only exists in agency accounts, for members of the agency team.
Why does my menu look different from a colleague's?
The sidebar shows what the open space and your access allow. In the agency view it is shorter; inside a client the analysis areas appear. People who sign in through the client portal see only the areas enabled for the client.
How do I go back to the agency view?
Open the switcher at the top and click the agency, in the Agency group.
Where can I see product updates?
In your profile menu, under What's new. A red dot shows on your photo when there is an unread update.
