The Clients screen answers one question: how is the book doing? It lists every agency client, active and archived, with the period’s numbers, data health and open alerts. It is also where you enter each client.

On smaller screens, the less important columns disappear first. You can drag a header edge to change a column’s width; Relator remembers it for you.

Period and comparison

The default is the last 30 days, compared with the previous period of the same length. The change sits right next to the number, with an arrow and a color: green when it improves, red when it gets worse. For revenue, leads, conversions and ROAS, up is better. For CPL and CPA, down is better. For spend, a drop shows in red, because a shrinking budget is often a sign of a client cooling off. See Periods and comparisons.

Filters and sorting

  • Search client looks up the name.
  • Business type, Source and Account manager narrow the book. Under Account manager, “No manager” shows clients without an owner yet.
  • With alert keeps only clients with an open alert.
  • Clear filters brings back the whole book.
  • Click a column header to sort. The default is Spend, highest first. Archived clients always stay at the bottom, and clients without data go to the bottom in both directions.
  • Filters and sorting live in the page address: you can bookmark them or send the link to a teammate.

Colors and warnings

  • Amber: attention. A metric off goal or an open alert.
  • Green: on goal.
  • Red: a failing source (the connection needs to be redone) or a bad change.
  • A source is stalled when it misses its sync window: 24 h for Meta Ads and Google Ads, 48 h for GA4.

The totals footer

  • Total spend for the book, with the change. If clients use different currencies, you see “Different currencies, not summed”.
  • X of Y on goal: how many clients with a goal are within it.
  • How many sources are stalled and how many alerts are open.
  • See formulas opens the How Relator calculates panel, with the definition of each number and the table of result and key metric by business type.

Archived clients

Archived clients stay on the list, faded and at the bottom, to show that the history was kept. They have no numbers and do not open when clicked. See Edit and archive a client.

Frequently asked questions

Where did the Book, Portfolio and Agency business screens go?

They were merged. Old Book and Portfolio addresses open the Clients screen, and the old Agency business opens the agency Home. See The agency Home.

Why is there no total ROAS for the book?

Because adding up ROAS across different clients has no meaning. The footer shows total spend and how many clients are on goal.

How do I set a client’s account manager?

On the client profile, General tab, Account manager field. See Edit and archive a client.

Why does a client show no result?

The type is Brand, or the type is not set and the accounts have not reported revenue or conversions yet. Set the client’s business type.

Does the client see this screen?

No. The Clients screen is only for the agency team.
