Agency Home: today’s agenda

In the agency view, the Home lists the clients who need you today first, with the reason, the suggested action and this week’s deliveries.

When you are in the agency view, the Home works as today’s agenda: it answers "what needs me today?". Clients with problems come first, ordered by urgency, each with what happened, the likely reason and a button to fix it. The rest of the portfolio fits in a short table, and the side column shows this week’s reports and the drafts waiting for your review.

Before you start

  • The agenda only exists in the agency view, for the agency team. Company accounts and invited clients see the Client Home.
  • While any client hasn’t finished the first steps, the Home shows the setup journey with the portfolio. See Agency journey.
  • The numbers compare the last 7 closed days with the 7 days before. Clients need connected, synced sources for this.

Step by step

  1. 1
    Step 1

    Read the header

At the top you see today’s date, a one-line summary (for example, 3 clients need you today) and how long ago the data was synced. With a large portfolio, you also see Showing the most urgent clients in your portfolio.

  2. 2
    Step 2

    Start with "Needs attention"

Each row shows the client, a highlighted number, what happened, why, and the action. Critical problems come before warnings; within them, overdue approvals and stalled data come first, because they affect everything else.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    Click the row’s action

The button takes you to where the problem is, entering the client before navigating:

    • Reconnect account: stalled data or a sync failure, and also when the site stopped recording visits or conversions. Opens Sources.
    • View campaign: a performance drop, stopped delivery or unusual spend. Opens Performance › Paid media.
    • View goals: a goal at risk, off track or budget running too fast. Opens Goals.
    • Review report: a report waiting for your approval. Opens the delivery review.
  4. 4
    Step 4

Scan the clients in "Running normally"

For clients within the usual range, the table shows the Main metric, the Change, the Status, the Last report and the Next report. The main metric follows the business type: ROAS for online stores, CPA for lead generation and apps, conversions for local businesses and spend for brand. Click the row to enter the client.

  5. 5
    Step 5

    Review RelatorAI drafts

The RelatorAI draft card shows the next report waiting for review, with the period and an excerpt of the narration. Click Review before sending. Nothing reaches the client without your approval. See Approval before sending.

  6. 6
    Step 6

    Check portfolio setup

At the bottom, the X of Y set up · view checklist line opens the same checklist as the journey, so you can finish setting up a client without leaving the Home.

Common problems

  • "Couldn’t load today’s agenda": the Home shows the journey and the portfolio as usual, with the notice. Click Try again.
  • Client with "Business type not set": the main metric falls back to spend. Set the type in the client profile; meanwhile, Relator may infer it from the data and mark it (from data).
  • "No data" in the highlighted number: the client has no source with a spend or sessions series in the last 14 days.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the agency Home show the journey instead of the agenda?

While any client hasn’t completed the first steps, the Home stays in setup mode. Once all of them are set up, the agenda shows up on its own.

Can I choose the agenda’s period?

No. The agenda always compares the last 7 closed days with the 7 before. For other periods, use the Clients screen or each client’s Performance.

When does a client leave "Needs attention"?

When the problem disappears from the data (the metric goes back to normal, the source syncs, the report is approved) or when the alert stops being detected in recent days.
