Available data sources
The seven platforms you can connect today, what each one brings in, and which ones show as "Coming soon".

A data source is an account on a marketing platform that feeds Relator: an ad account, a GA4 property, a Search Console site or a CRM. Once connected, it updates on its own and powers Performance, dashboards, reports and RelatorAI.
Relator connects seven platforms today. You connect all of them yourself, with the platform login, without opening a support ticket.

Sources shown as "Coming soon"
Some cards appear grayed out with a Coming soon badge. They can't be clicked: the integration doesn't exist yet, and Relator doesn't promise what it doesn't deliver.
- In the Connect new source dialog: Facebook Pages, Instagram and YouTube (Organic and social group) and Google Business Profile (SEO and local group).
- In the Connections tab of a client's profile: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Salesforce, Power BI, Google Sheets and Zendesk.
Where sources live
All sources live on the Data sources screen, which you open from Sources in the sidebar. The Connect new source button opens the list of platforms, grouped by type, with a search by name.

- 2Connected: you already have this source. Click it again to connect another account.
- 3Coming soon: the integration isn't available yet. The card doesn't open.
- 4Upgrade: your plan has no free source left. Clicking opens the plan picker.
How many sources fit in your plan
Each account that syncs counts as one source: an ad account, a GA4 property, a Search Console site or a CRM. In an agency, each BM or MCC account included in sync takes one source, even when they come from the same connection. The N of M sources counter at the top of Data sources shows how much of the plan is in use.
When you reach the limit, cards that aren't connected yet show Upgrade. Each workspace in the plan, and each extra workspace, brings 5 sources, added up across the account. To get more sources, change plans or add an extra workspace. See Limits and usage and Add-ons.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Google Sheets?
Not yet. They show as "Coming soon" and can't be selected.
Can I connect organic Instagram or Facebook Pages?
Not yet. What comes from Meta today is ad data (Meta Ads), which already includes campaigns running on Instagram.
Why does HubSpot show "Connect it from a client"?
Because a CRM belongs to a single client. In the agency overview there's no client to receive the connection. Open the client's space and connect from there.
Does a BM with 10 ad accounts count as one source?
No. Each account that syncs counts as one source. Accounts you don't include in sync don't use your plan.
