Add-ons raise a limit or unlock a feature without changing plans. Monthly add-ons join your subscription on the same interval (monthly or annual; on annual, the add-on costs 10 monthly fees). The RelatorAI message pack is a one-time purchase.

   Find the add-ons

   In Settings › Plan and billing, quantity add-ons appear in Usage this cycle, next to the limit they raise (for example, Extra client · R$ 29/mo on the Clients line). Feature add-ons are under Extra features, with Add, Active, Included or Available from the plan that sells them.

   Check the amount and confirm

   Clicking opens a preview with the amount due today (pro-rated until the next charge) and the amount that applies after that, per month or per year. Confirm to finish.

   Pay with your payment method

   • Card: the add-on joins your subscription and the pro-rated charge goes through right away.
   • Pix: a QR code opens with the pro-rated amount. The add-on is enabled as soon as the Pix is paid.
   • AI pack: one-time charge, on Stripe or by Pix.

   Check the limit or the feature

   In Usage this cycle, the limit already shows the sum. Example: Pro with 1 extra workspace shows 5 of 6 under Clients and 30 sources. A feature add-on shows as Active and the feature is unlocked right away.

How it is billed

• Card: the add-on joins the subscription on the same interval. Before confirming you see the pro-rated amount for today and the amount per month or per year.
• Prepaid Pix: the add-on is charged as a single pro-rated Pix until the end of the paid period and is included in the next renewal.
• Pix Automático: the add-on is charged as a single pro-rated Pix until the end of the paid month. The installment already approved doesn’t change; to keep the add-on in the following months, contact support.
• AI pack: one-time charge. The 200 messages are valid for 12 months, don’t reset when the month turns and are used after your plan’s monthly quota.

Reduce or remove an add-on

The screen has no button to remove add-ons. To reduce the quantity or cancel a feature add-on, contact support (see Contact support). If you cancel the plan's card subscription, its add-ons end with it.

Common problems

• You've reached your plan's maximum.: you hit the cap for that add-on. To go further, change plans.
• Available from a plan: the add-on doesn't exist for your current plan.
• We couldn't add it right now. Please try again.: try again; if it keeps happening, contact support.
