The first screen inside a client or your own account: status badge, goals, numbers for the period, active campaigns, deliveries and timeline in one place.
The Home is the page that opens when you enter a client (or your own account, if you use Relator as a company). In a few seconds it tells you whether the client is doing well: a status badge, goal pace, the three numbers that matter for the client’s business type, the campaigns that are running and what has been delivered. Use the Home as your starting point and move to Performance when you need detail.
Before you start
At least one source must be connected and its first sync must be complete. Until then, the Home shows the preparation screen (We’re preparing your data) or the prompt to connect sources.
Set the client’s Business type: it decides which numbers appear in Results for the period. See Business type and KPIs.
Anyone with access to the client sees the Home. The Share and Add milestone buttons only show for people who can edit the client (agency team, or the client’s admins and editors).

1Status badge and Goals this period: how many goals are on pace.
2Share copies the public link to the latest report.
3Add milestone records an event on the timeline.
4Alert strip: the most severe alert and the See in Paid media shortcut.
5Local Home tabs: Overview, Goals, Deliveries and Timeline.
6Results for the period: the three numbers for the business type, with the change.
Header
Next to the client’s name you see the status badge (On track or Needs attention), when the next scheduled report goes out (for example, Next report in 3 days, or No scheduled delivery) and how long they have been a client. The badge turns to Needs attention when there is an open alert or a goal off pace. Right below, the Goals this period bar shows how many goals are on the agreed pace.
Overview tab
About the client: the saved description and the list of goals (up to four, off-pace ones first). With no goals, the Set goals shortcut appears.
Results for the period: Spend, Result and Key metric. What goes into each depends on the business type (see the table below). Each number shows the comparison with the previous period and a small daily chart when the series matches the total.
Active campaigns: up to five Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with active status and data in the period, sorted by spend, with impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions and CPA.
What changed: the three biggest moves of the period against the previous one, each with its current value and change.
Team: who has access to the client and with which role. The Invite button shows for people who manage the team. Company accounts don’t have this card.

Goals, Deliveries and Timeline tabs
Goals: the Client goals table with status, progress and Actual / target for each goal. Manage goals opens the Goals screen.
Deliveries: generated reports and scheduled deliveries (Recent deliveries), each with its state: Awaiting approval, Sent, Opened by client, Failed. View all opens Reports.
Timeline: the client’s milestones and events, same as the Timeline page.
Step by step: read the Home in one minute
1
Step 1
Check the badge and the goals
Start with the header. On track and goals on pace mean nothing needs immediate action. Needs attention means there is an open alert or a goal falling behind.
2
Step 2
Read the alert strip
If there are alerts, the strip shows how many are open and the most severe one. Click See in Paid media to open Performance directly on the paid media tab.
3
Step 3
Pick the period
The date range picker sits next to the tabs. The Home opens on Last 30 days, compared with the previous period. Switch to This month, Last month or a custom range; the numbers, campaigns and small charts follow.
4
Step 4
Compare the three numbers
In Results for the period, see spend, result and key metric side by side. The arrow and color of the change already account for the metric’s good direction: a falling CPA or CPL shows in green.
5
Step 5
Open a campaign
In Active campaigns, click a row to open the campaign in Performance, already filtered and with the same period. View campaigns goes to the full list.
6
Step 6
Record the context
Changed the budget, launched a promotion? Click Add milestone so the change shows on the timeline and on the charts.

Share the latest report
Share creates and copies the public link to the client’s latest report. Every time you create a new link, the previous one stops working. If no report has been generated yet, the button is disabled. To manage links and PDFs for a specific report, see Share link and PDF.
Common problems
Results for the period shows "No data for the period": the source hasn’t synced that range yet or there was no activity. Check the status in Sources and see Data doesn’t show up.
"No result metric": the business type is Brand or not set. Change it in the client profile.
Active campaigns is empty: only campaigns with active status and data in the period are listed. Paused or removed campaigns are left out.
"Some data couldn’t be loaded": one of the sources didn’t answer in time. The list may be incomplete; reload the page in a few minutes.
Frequently asked questions
Does an invited client see the same Home?
The client sees the Home of their own space with the numbers and deliveries, but not the editing buttons or the shortcuts that require the agency team, such as New report and Set goals.
Why doesn’t the Home show every campaign?
The Home only shows the five active campaigns with the highest spend in the period. The full list lives in Performance › Paid media and in Spaces.
Does the period I pick on the Home apply to the rest of the app?
The period is kept in the page address. Campaign shortcuts carry the same period with them; moving to another page from the sidebar goes back to the 30-day default.
Where does "Next report" come from?
From the client’s delivery schedule. With no active schedule, you see No scheduled delivery. See Schedule delivery.
