Performance brings together a client’s channels in tabs: Overview, Paid media, Organic, SEO, Leads & sales and Market. Overview is the summary: it fits in about two screens and tells you whether the period was good, where the result came from and what needs a decision. Each card leads to the channel tab with the same period.
Before you start
Enter the client (or use your own account, if you are a company) and click Performance in the sidebar.
Connect at least one source: Meta Ads or Google Ads for paid media, GA4 for the site, Search Console for search. See Available sources.
Set the client’s business type so Result and Key metric make sense.
Available on all plans.
Step by step
1
Step 1
Check where the numbers come from
Before any number, the top shows the trust badges: when the data was updated (All sources · updated 20 min ago), how many sources answered (4 of 4 sources synced) and, if any, how many are down. If a badge shows a source down, the numbers below are lower than reality.

2
Step 2
Pick the period and the comparison
The default is Last 30 days against the Prior period (the 30 days before). Shortcuts go from Today to Last 90 days, including This week, This month and Last month, plus Custom. For the comparison, choose Prior period, Prior year or No comparison.
3
Step 3
Read the four numbers
The first row shows Spend, Result, Key metric and Sessions. Result and Key metric follow the business type: revenue and ROAS for online stores, leads and CPL for lead generation, conversions and CPA for apps and local businesses. Each card’s footer tells you which source answered for the number.
4
Step 4
See the period trend
Period trend plots spend per day next to result per day, each with the previous period dashed. That way you see the day something changed. With no paid media connected, the main curve becomes sessions.
5
Step 5
Use the channel summary
Summary by channel has a card for Paid media (clicks, CTR, CPC and the Meta/Google split), Organic (users, engagement, sessions per user) and SEO (search clicks, impressions, average position). See details opens the tab with the same period. A channel with no source shows dashed, with Connect a source.
6
Step 6
Deal with what needs attention
Needs attention lists data trust problems first (a source down, behind, or without its first sync) and then metrics with no denominator (spend with no conversion recorded, no revenue source). The screen shows the first three; the counter tells you how many there are. Next to it, the RelatorAI reading sums up the period.

Navigate and share
Switching tabs from the bar keeps the period and the comparison, because it is a comparison, not a new query. The sidebar, on the other hand, opens Performance on the default. The Share button copies the screen’s address with tab, period, comparison and sorting: anyone with access to the client opens exactly the same reading.
Common problems
"No source connected for this view": connect a source in Sources. See Manage connections.
"Set the client’s business type" instead of the result: change the type in the client profile.
Numbers different from the platform: time zone, attribution window and sync delay explain most of it. See Differences from the platforms.
"Couldn’t load the overview": click Try again; if it persists, one of the sources may be down.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between Performance and Reports?
Performance is the live reading of the channels, for you to analyze. Reports are documents built to send to the client, with narration, approval and scheduling. See Reports overview.
Why does ROAS show as "No data"?
Without GA4 with e-commerce or a connected CRM, there is no revenue to divide by spend. The attention block warns you with No revenue source connected.
Whose time zone does the period follow?
The client’s. Dates and values follow the time zone, currency and language set for the client, not your browser’s. See Time zone and currency.
Does the RelatorAI reading use credits?
The reading is generated for the screen and, when the AI doesn’t answer in time, falls back to an automatic text with the same facts. For your own questions, use RelatorAI. See AI credits.
